SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped within 10 business days with USPS First Class Mail (unless you upgrade shipping at check out.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number attached. If you have any questions about your order, email hello@bymadley.com
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is a $5 flat rate unless you decide to upgrade! For orders with 3 or more hats, enjoy shipping on us!
Where do you ship?
We only offer domestic shipping at the moment!
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final at this time since each hat is custom made. If you have any questions about your order, please email hello@bymadley.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.
